Mission Grant Presentation – James Storehouse Louisiana
James Storehouse Louisiana was selected as a mission grant recipient during the 2018 LWML LA-MS District convention, and the check presentation was held on October 6. The ladies of the Southern Zone were thrilled to present the check to Kim Bigler, JSL Founder, during their fall zone rally. James Storehouse Louisiana serves children in foster care, from “cribs to college.”

NOLA 4-H Grant Presentation
NOLA 4-H was selected as a mission grant recipient during the 2017 national LWML convention, and the check presentation was held on September 10. LA-MS District President Anita Granger and Past President Debbie Greene, as well as Southern District President Rev. Eric Johnson, were present for the special day.

District Convention 2018
Calling all ladies of the LA-MS District! Our district convention is only 3 months away. Oh, my!
Mission Grant Update
Five of the seven 2016-2018 mission grants have been paid. Praise be to God for this blessing! We need $4,900.00 by February 28, 2018, in order to pay the remaining two grants. Societies – monies sent to the district may be earmarked specifically for district grants. When earmarked this way, 100% of those monies stay in the LA-MS District.
